All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. During launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after shipment
(Delivery times begin AFTER your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.)
You will receive tracking via email once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates.
JCOLLECTIVE is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns to Sender
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or Incorrect sizing or fit the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof
